1. Development Proposal at 705 Arlington Park Place, File Number: D14-014-2023

   • This involved a proposal to permit the construction of a standalone office building as the principal use on a vacant property. The amendment aimed to modify the M2 Zone to enable an office as a standalone complimentary use.

   • The staff recommended approval of this application.

2. Development Proposal for 1075 Bayridge Drive, File Number: D35-012-2021

   • This proposal was to create 226 residential lots, including single detached, semi-detached, and row homes. A unique aspect of this plan was the inclusion of "Additional Residential Unit (ARU) ready" spaces to enhance housing affordability and density.

   • The staff recommended approval of this application as well.
